Yes my phone got stolen and i still have apple care+ i need to get replacement of my iphone 11 pro

Apple Care+:- file a claim for your lost or stolen iPhone. (If you had "Find My" enabled)

I erased my iPhone and i also did police report and i contact with apple support they said u have apple care+ but you don’t have apple care+ theft and lost ?
