how can I recover contacts I have deleted 1 year ago, those contacts were on the cloud also, is there any opportunity to get them back ?

those contacts not on the cloud right now but they were on the cloud and on the iPhone one year ago I tried with this article you sent me but can't find them, is there another opportunity to get the old lost contacts?
