If someone is trying to sign in to Apple store to get some applications with valid Apple ID and it not logging in what could be the cause of that and what’s the way out

Thank you for posting on Apple Support Communities. If you are having some trouble with downloading applications and you are sure your Apple ID and password are correct, then you may need to check that you have a strong internet connection and that you don't have any outstanding balance or issue with your Apple ID in the App Store.
