NEED HELP TO UPGRADE MY iMac

I am using an older iMac 21. 5" mid 2010 that has OS X Yosemite installed. Is it possible to upgrade this operating system at all? If so how? Thank you!

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on El Capitan or High Sierra.
