Letters and numbers on keyboard at the same time

Please let me know how I can show letters and numbers on the keyboard of my iPhone 12 (iOS 14.5.1) at the same time?

At the moment, most of my messages, emails, text require roughly double the number of keystrokes due to toggling between the numbers and letter keyboards between each character...

You have to get a 3rd party keyboard from the App Store to have what you want.
