Using both Outlook 365 with Focused Inbox and iPhone Mail client

Does anyone know if one uses Outlook 365 with Focused inbox to separate focused and other emails, will that cause the inbox as seen on the iPhone's mail client to be reordered or hide some email? What I am hoping is that organizing into focused/other email in outlook will have no effect on what I see in the inbox on the iPhone-- that is if I show my inbox in date order it won't matter which ones were considered focused or not.

Not helpful. It is more than an Office 365 question. Your link to MS help only let me see existing FAQs based on my question (which I reported as not helpful, but no option to send the question on to a forum).

Let me try my question again. My question is how Apple mail client will show the inbox of Exchange based email if I am also accessing that email at other times of the day using Outlook and its Focused Inbox feature to separate “focused” and “other” categories for my email? On iPhone does it [hopefully] keep everything in the inbox -or- does it create a separate folder for focused or other emails -or- [worst] does one or the other disappear from view in Apple mail client?
