iPhone X: neither wi-fi nor data will work. Zero internet.

Hi,

So neither the wi-fi nor data is working on my iPhone X. I know it's the phone, because I tested it on two wi-fi networks that worked fine for laptops.

I tried all the basic troubleshooting: restarting the phone, toggling airplane mode, re-inserting the SIM card, resetting network settings, a systems update, and factory resetting the phone. But the problem still remains.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have an appointment at the Apple Store tomorrow, but I would like my phone back tonight if possible please. Thank you.

Wow, thank you Lawrence. It was my Nord VPN. All I had to do was disconnect it, then reconnect.

Yes to all questions. I select my home wi-fi network, and the blue check mark appears. I get the bars in the top right, showing some service, and it says LTE.

I tried manually setting the DNS to some Google or open servers or something—I was following a website's advice, I don't know what it means—but that didn't work either.

Thank you for your help, Lawrence.
