Problems with my brand new Apple Watch series 6

I just recently bought a new series 6 watch, and when you hit the dock button and scroll all the way to the bottom where it says all apps and you click it, it’s supposed to clear the apps. But mine doesn’t do that anymore already. Is there a way to fix it?
