I have 2018 iPad pro 11inch, and I'm considering to buy new magic keyboard (2021 black) as I have a space grey iPad, is the 2021 magic keyboard 11inch identical to the older version, or there is any difference? And how can I differentiate the old model from the new model (2021)

For the 11” models of iPad Pro, the Magic Keyboard for iPad is unchanged between the 2020 and 2021 models of iPad Pro. Electrical interface specifications for the Smart connector and physical dimensions of iPad are similarly identical.
For the 12.9” models of iPad Pro, physical dimensions (thickness of the iPad/screen) has slightly increased. Whilst the 2020 Magic Keyboard is electrically compatible with the 2021 iPad Pro, the keyboard cannot be fully closed. As such, a revised model of Magic Keyboard for iPad has been released that accommodates both the 2020 and 2021 iPad Pro 12.9”.

As far as we know here, they are identical and have the same compatibility, so it is compatible with your iPad Pro: Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation) and iPad Air (4th generation) - US English - Black - Apple.

Simpler answer.
Nothing has changed between any of the 2018, 2020, 2021, 11 inch screen iPad Pro models, dimensionally.
All cases and peripherals will still all work across all three 11 inch screen iPad Pro models.
