Related to battery health

I bought my iphone 11 in the iplanet last September but the the battery health already has come down to 87 and I don’t think I had anything to do with it .I wait for the battery to go below 20 percent and only then charge it using the wire provided with the phone ,the warranty period is not yet over but still the battery health has come down,what should i do?
