iTunes on Windows 10 PC. How can I add Library Column options to Library Song Info/Get Info dialogue box?

I want to input data to multiple Songs using the Song Info dialogue box. But many of the Library Column options don't appear in the Song Info dialogue box - e.g. Work. If I want to input a Song's Opus Number in the Work column of my Library, I have to enter it directly into the column; I can't do it via the dialogue pane. That's OK, except I can't do multiple Songs with the same Opus Number unless I do it direct for each one. HOW can I add column categories to the dialogue box?
