i've tried it and it still did not work

hello everyone. I got a system and I need to change the Change the Admin User, and I also do not have the admin password. any tips on how I can do that?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Honestly, I've tried all those stuff yesterday, and it didn't work. I cant install, update any app on this MacBook pro. it's so frustrating. I've tried through the prompt window and all those stuff.... still nothing
