There’s a difference between Apple Care and Apple Care +:
- Apple Care is free of charge and automatically comes with your Apple product. It’s a “basic” warranty that covers issues and problems with devices—like a malfunctioning power button or a dead screen or anything that fails due to a manufacturing defect.
- Apple Care + is an advanced warranty that covers more issues like accidental damages..etc and it’s not free of charge.
