I have been pressing on the digital crown and nothing is happening - the Erase all content and settings is not showing up

My apple watch is lock - "too many passcode attempts". I have tried to Erase all content and setting but it's not showing up when I pressed hard on the watch crown. What do I do?

i don't see my apple watch in my device - I already removed it from my iPhone.

If you forget your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
