Здраствуйте, запрашивает на оплату услу програм, хотя я заранее отменил их и пл мюзик и другую, а запросы приходят чтоб деньги оплатить. Я бы заплатил если б пользовалсамнеибесплатной версией, а так за что платить?Помогите решить вопрос

Hi, here's the problem: I downloaded the program to try how it works Unlimited access, but I can't log in to disable or change the subscription type, and the program wants to withdraw the bank card money. I don't want to use it, this subscription error upset me.
