How do I change my Apple ID due to my identity being stolen

I need to change my Apple ID account information because my identity has recently been hacked/stolen and I’m trying to change everything over to my new non hacked information. How do I do this because I don’t want to lose everything I have with my current account with Apple that I have had for years.
