No one here knows what the new 2021 iPad Pro models will run in the future.

No one will know until Apple announces its intentions at WWDC ( World WIde Developers Conference ) on June 7, 2021.

No one knows what operating systems, if any, will work on the new iPad Pro models.

Currently, ONLY iPadOS runs on iPads and the next iteration of iPadOS for iPads should be iPadOS 15.

That is all that anyone here knows and Apple will NOT even confirm THAT until the June WWDC event.

Sorry.
