How do I adjust audio volume during a phone call? I have had the iPhone XR for about 2 yrs. I can adjust ring tone, etc but have to use Speaker phone option to hear during a conversation. I've never had this happen with previous iPhones. Thanks.

You can use the volume toggle buttons while in a call to adjust the volume of the call.
Check to make sure the volume isn't already maxed out. When you press the volume button, there should be a little white bar that shows up next to the buttons indicating the current volume level.
