The noise popping sound has reappeared, The noise pop was resolved in an earlier upgrade, now its back with Big Sur 11.3 and still with 11.3.1
(this was an issue when the 2019 MacBook Pro 16” first came out, but was resolved with updates)

Thanks for that information.
Do you experience this issue with every audio source you fast forward or rewind through, or only with YouTube videos?
If this only occurs with YouTube, do you notice the same sound when using different web browsers, and in another user account on your Mac?

It happens when any Audio in Safari is stopped, or in YouTube when stopping or scrubbing, Also it pops when using apps like MyTuner, when you hit stop there’s a small pop sound . When listen to songs in (Music- formally iTunes) the pop sound doesn't happen. It happens in guest user also..... this was resolved before the 11.3 update.

The speakers work - but when you scrub in say YouTube to a different section . The sound pops - like a crack noise . It sometimes does this also when you stop playing the video .. this was a well documented problem when the 16 inch model first was released .
I thought this was support ? It’s a software issue that was fixed in prior version of the OS
