I have been getting spam text daily with more than 20 people. I went to my carrier service which is Verizon and that said they have nothing ti do with this and they suggested it’s probably has to do with the apple id or something. I really don’t know where to ask for help or what to do? I get the text everyday and it’s really annoying.

What type of message is that? Is it SMS/MMS (Green bubble) or iMessage (Blue bubble)? If it’s SMS/MMS then get in touch again with your carrier support as that is the service they control, not Apple.
