My iPhone 12 will not charge on the wireless charger in my 2021 Kia telluride My husbands older Samsung has no problem. The dealer said I needed to change my settings but did specify which settings. Anyone with ideas?

There are no settings for you to change on the iPhone for wireless charging. Unfortunately, it just demonstrates that your dealer is not familiar with the iPhone. Some vehicle wireless charing pads are not configured quite well for the iPhones with MagSafe charging. There are also some vehicles that needed updates from the dealers to fix issues they had with charging the new iPhones. I suggest you check with the service section of the dealer to see what they know, and if necessary, check with another dealer, or Kia directly.

My iPhone 12 will not charge on Kia telluride wireless charger (2021) the light comes on to indicate it is charged and it gets warm but no charge. The dealer said I had to change a setting on my phone but didn’t say which setting. The charger works
