There is no best. And the browser is not really relevant as that is just a window/process to make the internet available.

I may use Google but try to limit what I do since Google's sole source of income is selling your information and I prefer not to do business with that type of company. DuckDuckGo is ok (does not sell your info).

I personally use Google, but all of them have their advantages and disadvantages.
