I have a different iCloud that I can’t get in to how do I get all my pictures from that iCloud

Why can't you get into the iCloud account? What happens when you try? Error message(s)? Did you forget the Apple ID and password? More information would help.

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

Apple ID - Find

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary.
