family sharing

On my family sharing, my kids (younger than 13) appear as adults therefore I'm unable to apply parental control tools. How can I change family members to children?

Have you checked their birth date?

Apple ID - Update the birth date associated with.

Yes - Apple recognizes them as 11 & 12 years old
