How can I transfer my contacts from an android to the iphone 12 pro max e-sim?

I have my e-sim set up but no contacts off that phone came over - can I transfer them in under the defualt of the e-sim phone?

The reason I need to export contacts on my sim card is because I'm going to be using a dumb phone (ZTE 431 if you were wondering) this coming year and its nearly a decade old, so there aren't any contact transferring options except through the sim card.
