apple watch heart rate

Hi everyone. Has anyone ever been doing something physical and your watch says your heart rate is in the 60s but then quickly jumps to 120s or a higher heart rate. I was standing and cleaning so I know my heart rate couldnt possibly be in the 60s. The heart rate of 120 seemed right as I was cleaning.

Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?

This is the second time Ive noticed its done this.

I’ve noticed for weeks now (& told my asthma dr) that my HR jumps to 150+ when i am just walking. Totally abnormal & it’s gone as high as 194! I am athletic 5’1” - 117 lbs so my HR only normally reaches 150+ when I’m on a run. Thought maybe something was wrong w my watch so came out here to chk things out.

anyone else noticed any HR watch issues? My watch is No. 2 so it’s an older version.
