Contact saving

new contacts are not saving in my phone. Initially it will save and be fine, eventually it will take the name out in my message app, but when I get a notification it will show the name.

when I go in to try save the contact again, the contact will already be saved. I’ve tried changing iCloud settings, and restarting my phone, is there anything else I could do to fix this?
