Transfer info from old Mac to new

I want to buy a new MacBook Pro and I want to know once I received it will I be able to get help transferring all my information from my old Mac to the new one.

use TimeMachine to make a backup on an external drive and move content by using migration assistant. Here’s how to do it https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204350
