Refund on a payment made for an application
I wanted to know if the money refunded from a payment made for an application will be refunded back to my bank account since the payment was made from my debit card

When you made the purchase where did the Debit card withdraw the money from? It will put it back to the same account. If it was Bank then back to the bank.
