The apple music app on my series 5 watch is not working when I touch continue.

The apple music app on my series 5 watch is not working. When I open the app nothing happens when I touch "continue".

Have you tried force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release.
