New podcast episodes not showing in apple feed

Hi there,

Starting last week, my episode went missing from apple podcasts, except to those who had subscribed. I just released a new episode and same story. It's available on other platforms. I use anchor to distribute. I tried logging into podcast connect, but when I input my RSS feed listed on anchor, it won't load. No error message or anything, just doesn't go anywhere. I put it in cast feed validator and it says it cannot find the URL feed, so they obviously don't match.

Any suggestions on how to get the proper RSS feed updated with apple when Podcasts Connect isn't cooperating?

I wouldn't have expected episode 15 to show just yet: it was only posted this morning and it can take anything up to two days for a new epsiode to appear in the iTunes Store/Apple Podcasts 'Browse'. However the 'Thurston High School Shooting' episode should appear and I can't see any reasaon why it hasn't. CastFeedValidator is happy with your feed and shows both these episodes.

There are ongoing problems at Podcasts Connect which are causing some people to have the problem you describe, so that may be the issue. Apple are aware and are working on it. If the episodes haven't appeared in a couple of days you could try asking Podcasts Support to refresh your feed (though they are probably pretty busy): https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts

Thank you for your response! This is my first issue like this, so I'm a little lost. I was up in the middle of the night reading other posts on this forum, and your answers to others were very helpful! Thank you for responding so quickly.
