Apple trade ins cancellation with Apple Card installments

I have decided to keep a trade in of my macbook after purchase of a new macbook. I have given an instant credit and the rest of the payments have been financed through apple card. So if I want to keep my trade in device is there a way to finance the rest of the payments owed that was originally credited to me with the Apple Card? With the 0% APR?
