Unable to backup iPhone

I’m not able to backup iPhone even after clearing iCloud storage it shows iPhone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available and my iCloud storage is 4.1gb of 5gb even after deleting photos n other apps the storage is same no difference

If the phone states you do not have enough storage to create a backup, then you would need to purchase additional iCloud storage, or create your backup on the computer using iTunes. See this support document, If you can't back up to iCloud - Apple Support for more help.
