Red shadow / artifact when shooting RAW photos with iPhone 12 Pro Max

Hi. I recently found out my photos have this red areas with shadows/artifacts the I shoot skies. See attached pictures.

The only way to fix this is to edit the photos in the native IOS photo app, by decreasing the exposure by 11 steps.

  • Exporting the photo to Lightroom and decreasing exposure there does not work, see attached pic.
  • Editing the photo in macOS High Sierra (native app) does not work.

Is this normal or is it something wrong with my phone?
