Resetting Apple Watch 4

To reset your Apple Watch 4, you hold the side button until you see "power off," then hard-press the "power off" option until you see the reset option. Holding the crown does nothing; the support article is wrong.

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.

They are not automated responses they are responses that work and also the support document is correct many people on this forum have followed that page and solved their problem.

It just doesn't work for you not it doesn't work.
