Dropping iphone

I've dropped my iphone 4 times but from small heights. How can I know that it's not damaged inside. It works perfectly fine but I'm afraid

iPhone 11, iOS 14

All Apple devices have had a reputation of having tremendous build quality, I think as long as nothing appears to be broken, you should be fine. You can always contact apple support and they would be happy to help you and answer any questions. If you drop your phone frequently, I would suggest investing in a case with good drop protection.
