Hacked account

Hello,

There is this person named Deborah who lives in, Alaska, USA and they have been using my Apple ID account balance to purchase iCloud storage, of which I have had no say in. If you could please look into this person, as I believe they have hacked into my account and have been feeding off of my data and personal information, that would be great.
