We’ve recently released an update for the software on your iPhone. Please back up, and update using the steps here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then go to Settings > Privacy > Camera. Are any apps listed there? Check under Contacts, Photos, and other configurations there. Let us know what you see.

Sometimes powering off and restarting can help fix these types of issues as well. Please follow the steps here: Restart your iPhone
