Hi Maurcommunity,

Welcome to the Apple Community where some of us do our best to help each other.

You may want to check that zoom has access to your camera.

To do this:

(If your operating system allows .. this works on 11.2.1)

Click on the small black Apple icon on the left in the top menu bar.

Choose "System Preferences" from the drop-down menu.

In the window that opens, choose "Security and Privacy"

Choose "Camera", from the list on the left, in the window that opens.

Then allow the camera to be used in zoom by clicking in the checkbox (as illustrated) for the zoom app

Hope this (or something similar on your OS ?) works for you.

Else feel free to "Post" here again :)
