iPad backup and clearing out of info

After I’ve backed up everything in my cloud on my old iPad and I’m ready to transfer everything to my new iPad.......how do I completely delete everything off of the old iPad like passwords,credit card info and other security things so it will be like a new cleared iPad to give to someone?
