I cannot connect to App Store
Since updating to ios 14.5.1 cannot connect to app store, have tried everything listed, reset phone and still cannot connect

Thank you, yes I have done all of that, and when I go to apple support I get this message

By your wording, it appears they are low on staff or their servers are overloaded at the moment. So, contact Apple Support later on.
