STUN

I have seen this question asked but the answer was so technical and complicated and didn’t solve anything. My FaceTime is used often over the Optus network and something called stun is showing up as using all my data and quickly, much quicker than usual... 1GB every couple of days. Why is this happening all of a sudden?
