Hi I have a POP email set up on my iMac, I can see how to set up delete received emails daily/ weekly etc. from the server. But I can't see how to do the same for my sent emails. Any advice would be useful. Thank you

Most servers and users want to keep their sent messages. However, you can always manually delete all the sent messages any time you want.

So to delete the sent messages do I have to go into the server?
They aren't on the server. Go to 'Sent' in the sidebar in Mail, select all and hit delete.
