How do I update my picture on messages so other people see it.
I’m just wondering how I update my phone so that it shows on other iPhones and how do I do it for a friend.

Hi Dave_Braze,
Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you are looking to change your photo that is shared with your friends and family in messages, is that correct?
If so, you can:
- Open Messages and tap Edit in the upper left corner
- Tap Edit Name and Photo
- Tap the image and choose your photo
- Tap done
After changing it, when you send or reply to a new message you'll be asked if you would like to share the name and photo with the contact.
