I purchase APPLECare for my iPhone but in the support app
I purchased applecare for my new iPhone. And now I need some tech support but in the support app it shows my iPhone but when I click on it it says “currently unable to show coverage, please try later”
inhave tried to go at it another way by
putting in my iPhones serial number it says same thing. Frustrated!! And I cannot find any other way to get support other than via the app which right now is useless.
