Refund

How do I request a refund for charges that I don’t recognize? I have charges in my account for 49.99 and 12.98 how do I request a refund? I already cancel that subscription because One of my children accidentally subscribe to that thing and that’s 49.99 but the 12.98 I don’t know what is that for.
