Warranty issue

Dear sir

i have an iPhone xs and it should be a water resistant so I used it for take a pictures under water at the swimming pool , but after that i had an issue with my phone screen like the touch screen it dosent work well and also it show a pink line on the middle of my phone screen .

So i just want to ask if Apple warranty work on this kind of issues or not because my phone is still under the warranty timeline
