I am very confused while using calculator from my iPhone 13 pro max or iPad Pro . I ,Presently I am reporting from my i am reporting from my ipad

if your calculator is showing ads, I doubt it's the one from Apple. I've never seen ads in that app.
For me, the calculator app provided by Apple is the first result in the App Store if you search for 'calculator'.
It is categorized as Utilities and if you tap on it and view the details, it states Apple as the developer.
Make sure you are using the correct app.
