This is the correct answer if alternative applications are not acceptable.
If the Mac has an Intel processor: Install Windows via Boot Camp Assistant.
If the Mac has the M1 chip: if you REALLY need Access on your Mac, and you cannot remote into a Windows computer with Access on it, you could join the Windows Insider Program, grab the ARM64 version of Windows, and install it in a virtual machine manager such as Parallels Desktop.
EDIT: I forgot about Crossover. Not sure how well it works on M1.

That can never happen since Access is only available for Windows.
