refund request

I downloaded an app illus: Cartoon Face Hair Salon for my kids the end of June 2020. After downloading it I saw there was a charge. I immediately deleted the app and canceled it. I thought it was canceled until I got an email saying the subscription was going to renew! I looked back at my bank statement and I was charged $74.89 on July 1, 2020. I even went through Apply store as well as under my settings and there is no option to cancel only renew! Please cancel this subscription and refund the original charge. Thank you.

Hello,

First confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

Review the information in this support article by clicking on the link to learn "How to cancel a subscription from Apple." - https://support.apple.com/HT202039

• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Read the link to see what to do about subscriptions that do not appear in your list.

• Canceling a subscription does not automatically start a refund. If you want to do that:

Click on this link to "Report A Problem" and ask for a refund. --> https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

"If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed", click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT212052

If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.

If Report A Problem does not work for a subscription refund you may have to make a special request. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=23330

Apple's terms of purchase in the USA are, "All Transactions are final" (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html ), but some countries have different laws so check terms for your country at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/. If sales are final then it is Apple's decision if they want to grant a refund. You can always ask, and people do get refunds on a case by case basis, but Apple can also say no.

Click on the link to 'See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store' [iOS, computer, or web --> http://support.apple.com/HT204088

- iOS device or computer: "If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range."

A I posted above, "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." An option to renew indicates it is canceled, and it is offering you the chance to change your mind.

I am positive I canceled this subscription as soon as it was deleted. It's my fault for making sure it wasn't refunded right away. I was a little busy with 2 kids and being pregnant. I went to the place you told me to and there is no option to delete it's only giving options to renew. I can send you a screenshot if you'd like. I can't report a problem or ask for a refund on the Apply Store b/c I downloaded it over 6 months ago, it doesn't show up.
